PROJECT-BASED ROLE

SEO Expert

Own SEO execution for specific countries, languages, industries, and scopes through our standardized system

We are building a long-term network of senior SEO experts who can take ownership of real delivery modules inside a specific market: technical audits, search research, localization-aware optimization, and market-specific execution. When a client buys global or multilingual SEO, we still need a real operator in each market. This role is for that operator.

ROLE OVERVIEW

What This Vacancy Actually Covers

This is the vacancy-specific layer. The rest of the page can stay standardized.

What this expert actually does

This role is for a senior SEO practitioner who can take ownership of defined SEO work inside a specific market or language context.

Typical responsibilities:

  • market-specific keyword research and SERP review
  • localization-aware on-page recommendations
  • technical audit input where local search behavior matters
  • competitor review for the target market
  • collaboration with the wider Vividigit team through shared SOPs, QA, and delivery logic

What we need from you

  • strong hands-on SEO experience
  • real familiarity with at least one market, language cluster, or buyer context
  • ability to work inside a standardized delivery system
  • readiness to own outcomes for your lane, not just execute isolated tasks

What this role is not

This is not a generic “do all international SEO” position.

In multi-market delivery, we usually need one strong executor per market, coordinated through one shared system.

That is why countries, languages, industries, and scopes are connected to the vacancy through relationships and graph entities rather than hidden inside generic copy.

HOW WE ONBOARD

A simple process for matching experts to live scopes

We optimize for signal, not ceremony.

Expertise Submission

Send your CV, portfolio, strongest markets, languages, and the SEO scopes you can own with confidence.

Fit Call

We discuss your background, preferred work model, rates, availability, and where your expertise fits inside the delivery architecture.

Portfolio or Case Review

For some experts, a portfolio review is enough. For others, we may discuss a past case or ask for a short, practical walkthrough.

System Onboarding

If there is fit, we align on tools, SOPs, QA expectations, communication rhythm, and the kinds of scopes you can be matched to first.

Live Scope Match

We bring you into active or upcoming scopes where your market, language, or technical depth is actually needed.

WHY THIS MODEL FITS

Built for experts who want leverage, clarity, and real ownership

The vacancy-specific layer is above. These are the core principles of how the model works for experts inside Vividigit.

!

Defined scopes

You work against explicit deliverables, decision points, and quality expectations instead of fuzzy monthly activity.

Cross-market system

You may bring depth in one market or specialty while still working inside a larger standardized system that coordinates delivery across markets.

SQL

Shared methods and QA

You build on shared SOPs, templates, and review logic instead of recreating the same audit and delivery infrastructure from scratch.

1

Reputation-linked work

The system is built around visible expertise and named ownership, not anonymous output buried under agency layers.

FAQ

Questions SEO experts usually ask

About this role and the operating model

Is this a full-time role?

Usually no. This role is designed as project-based or part-time expert work. Some experts become deeply involved over time, but the model starts from clear scopes and real delivery needs rather than default full-time staffing.

Do I need country or language specialization to be a strong fit?

Yes, usually. General SEO capability matters, but the strongest fit is an expert who can pair the craft with real familiarity in one specific market, language, or both.

What tools and systems do you use?

The stack varies by scope, but commonly includes Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, technical crawlers, localization workflows, and internal SOPs for quality control and delivery structure.

How does compensation work?

Core compensation is revenue share: you receive approximately 50% of the revenue your work generates. On top of that, 20% of company profit is distributed as annual bonus based on contribution. Key contributors also receive phantom equity for long-term upside. Exact terms depend on the scope, market complexity, and engagement model.

Is this an international strategist role?

Usually no. In many cases this role is the market executor inside a broader multi-market system. We still need cross-market coordination, but delivery quality depends on having someone who really understands the local market.

Can I apply if I do not match every listed market?

Yes. If you are especially strong in one market, one language cluster, or one kind of SEO scope, that can still be highly relevant. The goal is not generic coverage; it is strong, specific expertise.
