Requirements
What we need from you to be effective in this role.
- PPC experience 2+ years of hands-on PPC management with Google Ads as the mandatory foundation
- Scope breadth Experience with at least 2 active PPC scopes — such as Search + Shopping, Search + Remarketing, or Search + YouTube Ads
- Google Ads certification Google Ads certification or equivalent practical experience demonstrating platform proficiency

Why PPC specialists choose this over agencies and in-house roles
Four things you get here that typical PPC jobs do not offer.
Your earnings grow with your scope output
You earn directly from the value your PPC work generates. No salary caps, no hidden margins. The more scopes you own and deliver, the higher your earnings.
Your skills expand across clients and markets
Different clients, verticals, and campaign types. Your PPC expertise compounds across projects instead of narrowing inside one account and one marketing team.
Your work compounds instead of resetting
Shared SOPs, campaign templates, and quality gates. Every project builds on the last. You never rebuild your PPC methodology from scratch for the next client.
Your name stays on the work
Named ownership and accountable delivery. Your PPC specialization becomes visible over time — not buried under anonymous agency layers and account managers.

Common Questions About PPC Specialist Jobs at Vividigit
How the role works, what to expect, and how compensation is structured.
How do PPC specialists get matched to clients and scopes?
When a client engagement requires your platform expertise or market coverage, you get matched to a defined PPC scope. The system tracks which specialists cover which scopes, platforms, and markets. You can work across multiple clients simultaneously — which is how earnings scale.
What does a typical work week look like for a PPC specialist here?
It depends on active scopes. Some specialists manage one account and work 10 hours per week. Others work 20-25 hours across multiple clients and scopes. The work is structured: you receive a defined scope with clear deliverables, work through shared optimization SOPs, and submit monthly reporting through quality gates.
What tools do PPC specialists use?
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and third-party tools like SEMrush or SimilarWeb where relevant. For YouTube Ads, YouTube Studio and Google Ads video reporting. For LSA, the Local Services Ads dashboard. The system provides shared reporting templates. You bring the PPC judgment.
What is the salary range for PPC specialists?
There is no fixed PPC specialist salary. Earnings are tied to revenue share — 40% of the revenue your delivered work generates. A PPC specialist managing multiple scopes across clients earns based on output, not salary bands. On top of revenue share, 20% of company profit is distributed annually.
Do I need experience with all 7 PPC scopes?
No. Strong expertise in Google Ads Search plus at least one other scope is the baseline. Specialists who cover more scopes — especially Shopping, YouTube Ads, or LSA — have access to a wider client pool. Single-scope depth in a high-demand area is a valid starting point.
Is multilingual PPC experience required?
Not required, but it significantly expands your scope opportunity. PPC specialists who can manage campaigns natively in German, French, Spanish, or other languages work on more client engagements and earn more. International campaign experience is particularly valued.
Can I apply if I specialize in just one PPC scope?
Yes, if that scope is Google Ads Search. It is the foundation for most PPC engagements. Specialists who add Shopping, YouTube Ads, or LSA on top are matched to more complex accounts. But a strong Google Ads Search specialist is always a fit.
