Market-level ASO execution across iOS and Android.
Responsibilities
You take ownership of defined ASO work inside specific markets and platforms.
- Keyword research Market-specific keyword analysis, semantic core building, and search demand mapping for App Store and Google Play
- Metadata optimization Title, subtitle, keyword field, description, and tag optimization — adapted per platform and locale
- Competitor analysis Regular monitoring of competitor keyword strategies, store page positioning, and ranking changes
- Localization Native-quality ASO localization for target markets — keyword research, metadata, and messaging adaptation per locale
- Store page conversion Screenshot strategy briefs, A/B test hypothesis design, icon testing recommendations, and Custom Product Page strategy
- Reporting Ranking tracking, conversion monitoring, and performance reporting through shared dashboards
Requirements
What we need from you to be effective in this role.
- ASO experience 2+ years of hands-on app store optimization for iOS or Android — keyword research, metadata, A/B testing
- Platform knowledge Understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms, metadata rules, and optimization techniques
- Tools proficiency Confident with AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, Google Play Console, or App Store Connect
- Analytical mindset Data-driven approach to keyword selection, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Communication Clear written communication in English; additional languages are a strong advantage for multilingual ASO
Nice to have

- Multiple markets ASO experience across more than one country or language
- Apple Search Ads Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads setup and management
- Creative direction Ability to write screenshot copy, design A/B test hypotheses, and brief designers for store page visuals
