Audit First; Pilot Before Recurring Creator Management
The Video Marketing Audit is a separate diagnostic project. If creator marketing is new or unproven, use the separate YouTube Creator Pilot before adding ongoing Creator Collaborations to a managed program.

Keeping them separate makes pricing, responsibilities, and continuation decisions clear.
The audit decides what deserves an ongoing budget
The Video Marketing Audit reviews existing assets, channel performance, production capability, paid-media readiness, creator opportunity, and measurement. It ends with a recommended route into one or more recurring scopes; it does not consume a month of ongoing delivery.
The creator pilot validates a new buying model
A focused creator pilot tests audience fit, commercial terms, coordination, and response before creator management becomes a recurring workstream. The pilot is not described as a monthly package benefit because it has a defined start, end, and scale-or-stop decision.
Recurring packages govern repeatable operations
Channel management, video production, YouTube Ads, and creator campaigns all contain selectable tasks and volume tiers. The service packages combine their base modules; larger monthly volumes remain visible and priceable inside the relevant scope.
From Diagnosis to a Stable Monthly Video Operation
One decision at each stage, with no hidden minimum or implied contract duration.

Defined Work Behind Every Package

Packages, Scopes, Pricing, and Boundaries
Is the initial YouTube Ads setup included in a monthly package?
No. The YouTube Ads base module in a monthly package covers recurring management tasks. Initial Campaign Setup & Strategy is a separate one-time task from $400 because it is completed once, while audience management, creative testing, optimization, and reporting continue each month.
Is there a minimum number of months?
The published prices are monthly management fees and do not imply a multi-month minimum. Any commercial minimum, onboarding dependency, or planned campaign duration is agreed explicitly in the proposal; it is not hidden in the package card.
Are the packages cheaper than buying the scopes separately?
Yes. The published packages discount the coordinated base modules compared with commissioning the same base task mix as separate scopes. The discount applies because planning, reporting, approvals, and coordination are shared. Custom volume and work outside the base modules are priced separately.
What does the base module mean?
A base module is the defined set of entry-tier recurring tasks listed on that scope page. It is not the entire scope at unlimited volume. Before work starts, the proposal names the included tasks, quantities, inputs, and exclusions so the package can be checked against the published scope.
How are additional languages and countries priced?
Every published package and scope price covers the English core and one primary country. Additional languages and countries are selected in the order and apply the standard Vividigit modifiers because they add localization, market research, approvals, campaign structure, and QA. Translation, native production, creator fees, and market-specific external costs remain separate where stated.
Are advertising spend, creator fees, and filming included?
No. Package prices cover Vividigit's defined management and delivery work. Advertising spend, creator fees, products, shipping, usage rights, on-location filming, studios, talent, travel, taxes, and other external costs are approved separately. The Video Content Production scope states which editorial and post-production work Vividigit can price directly.
