WHEN ONGOING CREATOR MANAGEMENT FITS

Recurring Management Starts After the Model Is Worth Repeating

A pilot answers whether creator-led distribution should continue. This scope operates the pipeline once the answer is yes.

The creator pipeline changes every month

Availability, rates, sponsor density, audience performance, and content direction change. Ongoing discovery and vetting keep the active pipeline relevant instead of reusing a stale spreadsheet.

Commercial and production dependencies need active control

Each integration has approvals, claims, products, contracts, payments, logistics, content timing, rights, and tracking dependencies. Recurring management keeps those dependencies visible without making Vividigit the contracting party by default.

The next wave should reflect evidence from the last one

Monthly reporting compares creators, formats, costs, traffic, conversions, and qualitative response. The point is to improve the next selection and brief, not merely summarize views.

CREATOR FORMATS

Formats the Ongoing Scope Can Coordinate

Final availability, deliverables, rights, production, and fees are negotiated with each creator and approved separately.

Integrated sponsor segments

Pre-roll, mid-roll, or contextual sponsor segments inside relevant long-form creator content.

2:34 5:12

Dedicated reviews and demonstrations

Full videos built around product experience, workflow, comparison, or considered purchase decisions.

Tutorials and expert integrations

How-to content, interviews, founder collaborations, and educational formats with useful audience context.

Shorts and Community activations

Short-form videos, Community posts, polls, reminders, and supporting touchpoints around a larger collaboration.

Vividigit base management $3,500/month for the recurring S-tier task mix. Creator fees and external costs are separate. $1,200/month for the recurring S-tier audience, creative, optimization, and reporting mix. Media and production are separate.
Best use Trust transfer, demonstrations, explanation, launches, and creator-native audience access. Controllable reach, repeatable audience tests, remarketing, and budget optimization.

Pilot the creator model before making it recurring

Use the separate Creator Pilot when audience fit, costs, coordination, or response are still assumptions. Add ongoing Creator Collaborations only after the pilot or equivalent evidence supports continuation.

What Clients Say About Vividigit Delivery

CREATOR MANAGEMENT FAQ

Base Module, Pilot, Fees, Responsibilities, and Languages

What is included in the $3,500 monthly base module?

It combines Creator Discovery & Vetting S ($700), Outreach & Commercial Coordination S ($1,000), Campaign Briefing & Approval Control S ($600), Publication & Delivery Coordination S ($800), and Creator Reporting & Iteration S ($400). Creator fees and external costs are separate.

How is this different from the Creator Pilot?

The Pilot is a one-time project with a bounded creator count and a scale, revise, or stop decision. Ongoing Creator Collaborations maintains a recurring pipeline and coordinates repeated campaign activity after the model has been validated.

Are creator fees included?

No. Published prices cover Vividigit's selected management tasks. Creator fees, production, products, shipping, usage rights, paid amplification, taxes, payment costs, and other external charges are approved separately.

Do you contract and pay creators?

The standard model keeps contracts and payments with the client. Vividigit coordinates the selected workflow and commercial comparison, while the client remains the contracting party unless a different structure is explicitly agreed.

How are extra languages and countries priced?

Published pricing covers English creator work for one primary country. Additional languages and countries are added in the order because they require separate creator pools, outreach, local briefing, approvals, cost context, and reporting. Translation, native review, and market-specific external costs remain separate where required.

Can you guarantee views, sales, or ROI?

No. Results depend on creator fit, content, timing, terms, the offer, the conversion path, and external execution. Vividigit reduces avoidable risk through selection, controlled briefing, tracking, and comparative reporting but does not guarantee downstream outcomes.
