An Owned Channel Needs Decisions Between Uploads
Production creates assets. Channel management decides what the channel is for, how each asset is packaged, where it sits, and what the evidence changes next.
A publishing calendar is not a channel strategy
Cadence matters only when formats, series, audience needs, and business roles are explicit. Strategy determines what deserves production and what the channel should stop doing.
Packaging and content must make the same promise
Titles and thumbnails can earn attention, but a click that leads to an unrelated or slow opening damages retention and trust. Packaging is managed together with the editorial brief and post-publication evidence.
Organic performance has a longer feedback loop than paid media
Channel decisions use discovery sources, click-through, retention, returning viewers, and downstream response over time. YouTube Ads performance remains a separate scope because it has different inventory, controls, budgets, and attribution.

Tasks, Base Module, Production, and Languages
What is included in the $1,200 base module?
The standalone base module combines Channel Strategy & Editorial Planning S ($500), Publishing & Metadata S for up to four videos ($400), and Analytics & Content Iteration S ($300). Title and Thumbnail Packaging and Channel Operations can be added separately.
Does channel management include video production?
No. Channel management starts once approved assets or production-ready inputs exist. Creative concepts, scripts, editing, adaptations, and visual assets are priced in the Video Content Production scope. Filming, talent, locations, travel, and licenses may be external costs.
Does this scope include YouTube Ads?
No. YouTube Ads is a separate recurring scope with campaign, audience, creative-testing, optimization, and reporting tasks. Essential and higher Video packages combine the base Channel Management and YouTube Ads modules at a discounted management fee.
How are extra languages and countries priced?
Published prices cover one English-language channel and one primary country. Additional languages and countries are added in the order because each requires localized editorial planning, metadata, packaging, audience context, approvals, and QA. Translation and native production are separate where needed.
