Video Marketing Audit
One diagnosis across channel performance, content supply, production workflow, paid-video readiness, creator opportunity, and measurement.

Choose the Right Video Marketing Audit Tier
One audit task with three depth tiers. The same system is reviewed at every tier; higher tiers increase channel, asset, campaign, creator, and stakeholder complexity.
Video Marketing Audit
A one-time diagnosis that establishes the video baseline and produces a prioritized route into channel management, content production, YouTube Ads, creator work, or a combined ongoing package.

Audit Tier
Find the Constraint Before Funding More Video
Weak performance may come from the channel, the creative supply, distribution, creator fit, measurement, or a dependency between them.
More production does not solve a distribution problem
A team can publish more and still reach the wrong audience. The audit separates content-quality and production constraints from channel discoverability, paid-media delivery, and creator-distribution problems.
Platform metrics do not define the commercial baseline
Views and watch time matter, but they do not show whether video supports discovery, consideration, leads, sales, or retention. We connect available platform evidence to the intended business decision and document where attribution is weak.
The result must route into priceable work
The audit does not end with a generic recommendation to make better videos. It identifies which scope and which tasks deserve priority, what the client must supply, and whether ongoing work should start as a standalone scope or a bundled service package.
Five Diagnostic Layers, One Recommended Route
Channel and audience
Channel positioning, content architecture, discovery, audience behavior, publishing consistency, and competitive context.
Content and production
Format mix, creative quality, briefing, scripting, editing capacity, approval flow, asset reuse, and production bottlenecks.
Paid video
YouTube Ads account structure, conversion tracking, audience readiness, creative supply, budget logic, and attribution risk.
Creator opportunity
Relevant creator categories, market depth, fit criteria, commercial exposure, logistics, rights, and whether a pilot is justified.
Measurement and governance
Business KPIs, data reliability, ownership, approvals, external costs, language and country boundaries, and the next decision cadence.

Coverage, Pricing, Languages, and Next Steps
Why is the audit separate from the monthly package?
The audit is a one-time diagnosis with a defined decision output. Monthly packages operate recurring scopes. Keeping the audit separate prevents diagnosis from being repeated or hidden inside every month's fee and lets the client use the roadmap with Vividigit or another team.
What does the $790 Core tier cover?
Core covers one owned YouTube channel, the English core, one primary country, a focused asset and content sample, available analytics, paid-video readiness, creator opportunity, measurement risks, and a prioritized route into execution. More active formats, campaigns, teams, or creator complexity require a higher tier.
Does the audit include implementation or production?
No. It diagnoses and prioritizes the system. Campaign setup, channel operations, scripting, editing, creator research lists, outreach, publication coordination, media, and other execution are commissioned through the recommended scopes.
How are additional languages and countries handled?
Published pricing covers the English core and one primary country. Additional languages and countries are added in the order because they expand audience research, creator and competitor context, asset review, localization, campaign structure, and QA. Translation and native production are separate unless explicitly scoped.
Can we start a Video package without an audit?
Yes when the required scopes, assets, access, baseline, and responsibilities are already clear. The package selection remains an initial commercial preference; Vividigit may still recommend a bounded validation step if critical evidence is missing.
